REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Training Services

  • Refund Eligibility: A full refund is applicable if the cancellation request is raised at least 72 hours before the commencement of the training batch.

  • Partial Attendance: No refunds will be provided once the training has started or if the participant has attended any part of the training.

  • Course Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a session due to unavoidable reasons, you will be eligible for a full refund or may opt to reschedule.

2. Staffing Services

  • Non-Refundable: Payments made towards recruitment or staffing services are non-refundable once candidate profiles or interview arrangements are shared with the client.

  • Replacement Guarantee: If a hired candidate leaves within the replacement window (as per agreement), we will provide a suitable replacement without additional cost, subject to eligibility.

3. Software and Consulting Projects

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 20-30%) is required to begin any project.

  • Milestone-Based Billing: Refunds, if applicable, will be based on incomplete milestones and will be calculated proportionally.

  • Client Delays or Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations caused by the client once the project has started.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please write to us at support@affuturetech.com with your full name, registered email, payment reference, and reason for cancellation. Our team will verify the request and respond within 5 working days.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited to the original mode of payment.

6. Disputes and Resolutions

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact our customer support team. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly. All refund-related disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
